Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the Message To World mobile application (the "Service") operated by Tornike Despotashvili ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. User Conduct and Content Rules

Message To World is a platform for sharing messages with the world. We are committed to fostering a safe and respectful community. You agree that you will not post, send, or otherwise distribute any content that:

• Is Unlawful or Harmful: Contains any material that is illegal, defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or sexually suggestive.
• Promotes Violence or Hate Speech: Includes content that promotes violence, discrimination, or disparagement based on race, ethnic origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability. This is a place for positive connection, not for violence or hatred. There is zero tolerance for such content.
• Is Abusive or Harassing: Involves harassment, intimidation, or bullying of any individual or group.
• Is Deceptive: Contains false or misleading information.
• Infringes on Rights: Violates the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

We have a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

2. Reporting and Enforcement

We rely on our users to help us maintain a safe environment.

• Reporting Mechanism: If you see any message or user that violates these Terms, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature.
• Review: We will review all reports of abuse or objectionable content during 24 hours.
• Enforcement Actions: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to take immediate action against any user who violates these rules. Such actions include, but are not limited to:
  • Removing the offending content.
  • Permanently blocking the user's access to the Service.
  • Deleting all messages associated with the abusive user.

The final decision on whether content or behavior violates our Terms of Use will be made by us.

3. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Your use of the Message To World application is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End-User License Agreement (EULA). By using the app, you agree to be bound by its terms.
